Rates and Insurance


I am happy to submit claims to your insurance company as an “out-of-network” provider. I can also provide a “superbill” for you to submit with a request for reimbursement form. Submission of claim is not a guarantee of payment from your insurance company. You are responsible to pay for services not covered by your insurance company. Your fee for service is due at the beginning of each session. Many insurance plans have a deductible which must be met prior to the plan covering your service.

I am in-network some Blue Shield plans but not all. Please call the member services number on the back of your card to verify that I am in-network with your specific plan.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by calling your insurance company and asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits with an out-of-network provider?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • What is my per session co-pay?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?


Cash or check is preferred method of payment. All major credit cards are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance of cancellation, you will be assessed a $75 fee.
