Hi! I am glad you are here! My name is Holly and I am a Licensed Therapist with Inner Expansions Therapy Services. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine human connection. My approach is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration—I want you to feel truly heard, understood, and supported as we work together on your journey of healing and growth. I work with children, teens and adults both in-person or online.
Education and Training
Holly earned a Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology from California State University, Bakersfield in 2018. Her Bachelor of Science degree is in Communications and Public Relations with a minor in Psychology.
Holly has extensive experience working with children, adolescents and families in the public school systems as well as in community based mental health and in-patient settings. She has completed Aggression Replacement Training (ART) and is trained Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Holly is licensed with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT 138391).
Insurance and Fees
Holly's fee per session is $155. She is able to bill CenCal, Aetna and Blue Shield directly for services under Inner Expansions Therapy Services. For all other insurance companies Inner Expansions can provide a Statement For Insurance Reimbursement (commonly called a "superbill") for you to request reimbursement from your health insurance plan.
