Welcome
Hi and Welcome! My name is Natalie and I am an Associate Therapist with Inner Expansions. I see people both online/virtually and in-person the Atascadero Office. I genuinely enjoy working with older children, teenagers and college students, helping them find their strengths and confidence. I am deeply passionate about supporting survivors and children in their healing journey by providing trauma informed care.
You might be someone who is tired of feeling bad about yourself but aren't sure how to change how you feel. I am here to help and act as a guide as you learn to change how you think about yourself and the world around you.
Education and Training
Natalie earned at Master of Arts in Marriage and family therapy in the Spring of 2023 after earning a Bachelors degree in Intercultural Studies with a minor in Psychology. She has additional Trauma Focused - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Natalie has extensive experience and training in working with survivors of child abuse, domestic violence and sexual assault.
Language Skills
Natalie speaks some Portuguese and spent time volunteering in Brazil with non-profit organizations. She is committed to providing high quality therapy services to diverse populations.
Insurance and Fees
Natalie's fee per session is $145. She is able to bill Anthem Blue Cross of CA, Aetna and CenCal directly for services under Inner Expansions Therapy Services. For all other insurance companies Inner Expansions can provide a Statement For Insurance Reimbursement (commonly called a "super bill") for you to request reimbursement from your health insurance plan.
