At Inner Expansions, we strive to provide comprehensive mental health services to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Our team of dedicated professionals offers the following services:

  • Individual Therapy: Our therapists provide personalized one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to address the unique needs and goals of each client. Through evidence-based approaches, we support individuals in navigating various mental health challenges and promoting personal growth and healing.
  • Couples/Relationship Therapy: We offer couples and relationship therapy to support partners in improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening their relationship bonds. Our therapists facilitate a safe and collaborative environment where couples can explore issues and work towards building healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
  • Family Therapy: Our family therapists work with families to address relational dynamics, improve communication, and resolve conflicts. Family therapy sessions provide a supportive space for families to explore challenges, enhance understanding, and foster positive changes within the family system.
  • Intensives: For clients seeking more concentrated healing, we offer intensive therapy programs designed to provide focused and immersive treatment experiences. Intensives allow clients to make significant progress in a shorter timeframe and are tailored to address specific therapeutic goals. Intensive sessions are usually 3 hours long for 1 to 3 days in a row.
  • Virtual and In-Person Appointments: To accommodate diverse needs and preferences, we offer both virtual and in-person therapy appointments. Clients have the flexibility to choose the format that best suits their circumstances, ensuring access to quality mental health care wherever they are in the state of California.
  • Clinical Supervision and Consultations: We provide clinical supervision for mental health professionals seeking licensure or ongoing professional development. Our experienced supervisors offer guidance, support, and mentorship to therapists, ensuring the delivery of ethical, competent, and effective mental health services.

We are committed to excellence in providing compassionate, client-centered care. Our range of services is designed to empower individuals, couples, and families on their journey towards improved mental health and well-being.

At Inner Expansions, we specialize in providing treatment to those who are currently managing their daily responsibilities and are seeking opportunities for growth. However, it's important to note that our services may not be suitable for individuals grappling with acute challenges such as active opioid or barbiturate addiction, untreated psychosis, restrictive eating disorders, or sexual offenses.

While we deeply empathize with those facing these complex issues, our resources and expertise are tailored to address different needs. Regrettably, we are also unable to offer emergency response services.

We encourage anyone seeking assistance in these areas to connect with organizations or professionals who specialize in providing the specific support and intervention required. Our commitment remains unwavering in supporting individuals on their journey toward wellness and recovery within the scope of our capabilities.
