Amber Hollarman, LMFT

Hi, and Welcome!

I believe healing happens when people feel genuinely seen, accepted, and supported. My goal is to create a calm, compassionate space where you can explore life's challenges without judgment and begin moving toward lasting change.

Life doesn't always unfold the way we expect. Whether you're coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or the effects of painful life experiences, you don't have to navigate those challenges alone. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they discover their strengths, deepen their understanding of themselves, and build the confidence to create meaningful change.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. Together, we'll work to understand not only what you're experiencing today, but also how your past experiences may be influencing your current thoughts, emotions, relationships, and sense of self. I believe lasting healing comes from addressing the root of our struggles—not simply managing symptoms.

I integrate evidence-based approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), while tailoring therapy to each person's unique needs and goals. Whether you're seeking healing from trauma, navigating a difficult season of life, or hoping to strengthen your relationships, my goal is to help you experience greater resilience, peace, and connection.

In addition to providing therapy, I serve as a Supervising Clinician at Inner Expansions Therapy Services, where I mentor and support associate therapists as they develop their clinical skills. I am passionate about fostering ethical, evidence-based, trauma-informed care and helping the next generation of therapists grow into confident, compassionate clinicians.

It would be an honor to support you on your journey toward healing.
