Rebecca Panarra, LMFT
Welcome!
Hi, I'm Becca!
I believe that meaningful therapy begins with a genuine connection. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported as we work together toward healing and growth. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, grief, substance use, or a major life transition, I strive to meet you with compassion, curiosity, and respect.
I genuinely love learning about people and understanding the experiences that have shaped who they are. Every client brings a unique story, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside you as you discover new ways of healing, growing, and moving toward the life you want.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I draw from EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to thoughtfully tailoring treatment to meet your individual needs and goals. I believe therapy should never be one-size-fits-all. Together, we'll build on your strengths while developing practical tools to help you navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and resilience.
As a lifelong learner, I am committed to continually expanding my knowledge and clinical skills to provide the highest quality care possible. Staying current with research and best practices allows me to thoughtfully integrate proven therapeutic approaches into my work while ensuring treatment remains individualized and effective.
I am also passionate about providing affirming, culturally responsive care to individuals of all backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQ+ community. My goal is to create an environment where every client feels respected, valued, and empowered to show up as their authentic self.
It is a privilege to be invited into someone's healing journey. I look forward to partnering with you as you move toward greater health, connection, and fulfillment.
