It is helpful if you include a very brief statement regarding the concern that motivated you to seek therapy, your scheduling availability and if you wish to submit claims to your health insurance company. If you would like your insurance to be billed for your sessions please include the name of insurance company you are a member with.

We will try our best to accommodate your requests and pair you with the best therapist to address your concerns. We are running a short waitlist right now for in-person appointments in the Atascadero office. On of our therapists will reach out as soon as a spot becomes available.
