Licensed Therapist

Do you want to work in a private practice setting but don't want the hassle of running a business? Is therapy your passion but dealing with billing issues your nightmare? We might be a great fit for you! We handle the business end allowing our therapists to be therapists without the stress and anxiety of the administrative side of private practice. We are privately owned and operated without venture capitalist funding. 

We offer flexible scheduling in a supportive environment allowing our clinicians to meet the demands of both their professional and personal life. Virtual and hybrid positions are available along with other benefits such as a 401k, sick pay, health insurance and CEU reimbursements. We provide EMDR training and consultation. We provide your office space, do all the insurance credentialing and billing, provide your EHR account and HIPAA secure email account AND we handle marketing for you!

This position requires candidates to be licensed with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as a licensed clinician (LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT) in good standing. You MUST have a license number issued by the CA BBS to be considered.

Virtual and hybrid part-time positions are available. Each part-time therapist is expected to provide a minimum of 12 sessions per week, 48 weeks a year, on average. Full-time is considered to be 25 to 30 sessions per week. Full-time clinicians are eligible for health insurance.

This is a W-2 hourly position. Pay is dependent upon experience and training. Pay range is $45-$75 per clinical hour to start. 

As a W-2 employee you don't have to fear tax time! We want to give our therapists the freedom to focus on excellent client care without the stress of managing the business end.

Associate Therapist

Virtual and hybrid positions are available along with other benefits such as a 401k, sick pay, health insurance and CEU reimbursements. We provide EMDR training and consultation and excellent supervision in a supportive space. We provide your office space, your EHR account and HIPAA secure email account AND we handle marketing for you!

This position requires candidates to be registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an Associate clinician (ASW, APCC, or AMFT) in good standing. You MUST have a registration number issued by the CA BBS to be considered.

Hybrid (virtual and in-person) part-time and full-time positions are available. Each part-time associate therapist is expected to provide a minimum of 12 sessions per week, 48 weeks a year, on average. Full-time is considered to be 25 to 30 sessions per week. Full-time therapists are eligible for health insurance. While a flexible schedule is offered, clinicians are encouraged to work after traditional schools hours in order to serve children and teens.

This is a W-2 hourly position. Pay is dependent upon experience and training. Pay range is $42-$50 per clinical hour to start. 

EMDR trained clinicians and bilingual clinicians are encouraged to apply. Experience with children and adolescents is a bonus!
