Join a Supportive, Growth-Oriented Private Practice!
Build a Career, Not Just a Caseload
At Inner Expansions, we believe exceptional client care begins with exceptional therapists.
We are a clinician-led private practice committed to evidence-based treatment, ethical practice, and lifelong professional growth. Whether you are an associate therapist beginning your career or a licensed clinician looking to deepen your expertise, you'll find a culture that values learning, collaboration, and clinical excellence.
We don't simply hire therapists—we invest in developing them.
Why Therapists Choose Inner Expansions
Our practice is intentionally designed to help clinicians provide outstanding care while building sustainable, fulfilling careers.
Clinical Excellence
We believe our clients deserve therapists who are highly trained, well supported, and committed to lifelong learning.
Our clinicians receive ongoing supervision, consultation, and opportunities for professional development within a collaborative team environment.
Evidence-Based Practice
We encourage thoughtful, intentional use of evidence-based therapies rather than one-size-fits-all treatment.
Many of our clinicians utilize approaches such as EMDR, CBT, ACT, DBT, somatic interventions, and other trauma-informed modalities appropriate to each client's needs.
Exceptional Supervision
Our Clinical Director, Shannon Cantillano, LCSW, is an EMDRIA Approved EMDR Consultant and EMDR Facilitator who provides leadership, supervision, consultation, and mentorship throughout the practice.
Associates receive quality supervision focused not only on licensure requirements, but on developing confidence, clinical reasoning, ethical decision-making, and long-term professional success.
A Supportive Team
Therapy can be deeply rewarding work—but it shouldn't be isolating.
We foster a collaborative culture where clinicians consult with one another, celebrate successes, learn together, and support one another through challenging cases.
We Handle the Logistics
We want our therapists focused on clinical work—not administrative headaches.
