Meet Jax! — The talent behind the voice, bravely facing insurance companies so the rest of us don’t have to.

Jacqueline—better known as Jax—is a valued member of our administrative team who helps keep things organized and running smoothly behind the scenes. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and enjoys helping clients feel supported as they schedule appointments, sort out billing questions, or navigate insurance matters.

Jax works remotely as an independent contractor and is here to assist with the practical details of services, including scheduling, billing, and general administrative communication. She helps make sure questions get answered and that clients are connected with the appropriate clinician when needed.

While Jax is not a therapist and does not provide clinical services, she plays an important role in helping clients navigate the administrative side of care and making sure they are connected with the right member of our clinical team when needed.
