**Now Accepting New Clients**
Welcome!
Welcome! I honor your visit as a meaningful sign that you’re seeking greater well-being. As human beings moving through a complex and ever-changing world, we all encounter challenges. Whether you find yourself navigating pain and discomfort, or simply feeling off-course, these experiences are not signs of failure. Rather, they are messages inviting you to pause, listen, and reroute. I am here to hold a supportive, secure and nurturing space where you can step away from external pressures allowing you to do just that. Here, you and your loved ones are welcomed with compassion, curiosity, and collaboration.
I am deeply passionate about helping people return to themselves, uncover their heart’s desires, and weave more ease and enjoyment into the fabric of their lives. I see my role as a partner on your journey - someone who helps identify obstacles, illuminate underlying core needs and desires, and support you in moving forward with confidence. Together, we will work toward greater clarity, harmony, and well-being.
My approach is culturally sensitive, organic and attuned to each person’s unique needs and preferences. I draw from evidence-based modalities such as Solution- Focused Therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and Narrative Therapy, integrating them in ways that feel natural and effective for you. This flexible, individualized process empowers you to take meaningful steps toward both short-term improvements and lasting change.
Therapy isn’t a magic cure-all, but it can be the difference between feeling stuck in old, limiting patterns and stepping into the driver’s seat of your own life! I look forward to meeting you - wherever you are - and partnering with you on your unique path toward deeper serenity, harmony, fulfillment, and joy.
