Welcome!
Hello and thank you for taking the time to learn about my approach and background! My name is Cami and I am an Associate Therapist with Inner Expansions. It is an honor to support people on their unique journey in therapy. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming environment where you can discover more about your relationship with yourself, others, and your environment. Using a holistic and systemic approach, I recognize that many factors shape our everyday experiences. I want to come alongside you as you make adjustments and reflections through life. As a therapist I bring empathy, curiosity, and openness to every session, striving to get to know your past, current experiences, and what your goals are for the future. My hope is that you can experience safety, growth, and peace through our work together.
Education and Training
Cami earned a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University in 2023. She graduated from California State University, Monterey Bay in 2019 earning a Bachelor of Arts in Collaborative Health and Human Services.
Cami has extensive experience working with children, adolescents and their families in the foster care and adoption systems as a youth counselor. She has spent time working with older adults supporting social, cognitive and emotional engagement.
Cami is registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW 135483). She is currently under the clinical supervision of Shannon Cantillano, LCSW 28917.
Insurance and Fees
Cami's fee per session is $145. She is able to bill CenCal, Aetna and Blue Shield directly for services under Inner Expansions Therapy Services. For all other insurance companies Inner Expansions can provide a Statement For Insurance Reimbursement (commonly called a "superbill") for you to request reimbursement from your health insurance plan.
